Join us as Bob Christopher continues the series Red Flags and Green Lights. In Hebrews 9, we are reminded of the earthly tabernacle of Moses. The Holy Spirit was showing that the way into the Most Holy Place—which is Jesus, had not been disclosed yet. This was an indication that the gifts and sacrifices being offered were not able to clear the consciences of the worshippers. This is in contrast to Jesus. When He came as High Priest, He offered up His own blood, and this was a sacrifice that was to be offered once, unlike the blood of bulls and goats. This entire picture shows the reason for Christ being a mediator of a new and better covenant.
