When Jesus ascended, the Holy Spirit was sent to us with a message, as well. He guides us into all truth, and makes the things of God known to us. When we believe Jesus, His word dwells in us, and that is evidence that we have listened and believed what God has said about His Son, Jesus Christ. As His sheep, we know His voice, and we will do as He says.
